Christmas Morning Manicure Featuring Femme Fatale and Julep

Merry Christmas, everyone! This Christmas I’m wearing a green, red, and white manicure featuring both Femme Fatale and Julep nail polishes.

This gorgeous white polish is Femme Fatale “The Fallen Statue”, which is from Femme Fatale’s The Little Mermaid collection. I purchased this polish from Femme Fatale’s website. The Fallen Statue is a white polish with vibrant light blue shimmer, as well as chrome flakies and some scattered holographic glitters. I was able to reach full opacity in just two coats of polish. As per usual with Femme Fatale’s amazing nail polishes, this polish applied like a breeze! The flakies spread easily across the nail without any additional placement needed.

The red holographic polish used is Julep “Anastasia”, which is a mini polish from the Royal Suite set originally released as part of Julep’s holiday 2016 collection. Anastasia is a bright red jelly based holographic with a moderate scattered holographic. For this manicure, I needed three coats of Anastasia to reach full opacity. Overall, the formula was very easy to work with.

The green holographic polished used is Julep “Larissa”, which is a mini polish from the same Royal Suite collection. Larissa is a dark pine green jelly based holographic that matches my Christmas tree perfectly! I would say that Larissa is slightly more noticeably holographic than Anastasia. I also needed three coats of polish to reach full opacity with Larissa. Overall, the formula is very easy to work with.

This final photo is taken in natural lighting in direct sunlight, which brings out the blue shimmer in The Fallen Statue out even more!

Merry Christmas and Happy HOLOdays!

By the way, HOW CUTE is this mug from my favorite store, Target?! Here is this mani on my opposite hand, where I alternated the red and green polishes.
