Emily de Molly is releasing a beautiful trio of Halloween polishes! These three Halloween-inspired shades will release Thursday October 4th at 10AM AEST on the Emily de Molly Australian site, and on Wednesday October 3rd at 8PM EDT on the Emily de Molly international site.
First up is “Triple Trouble”, a fantastic flakie shade.
Triple Trouble is a midnight blue with purple tones packed with iridescent flakes and some holographic shimmer.
This shade was easily opaque in two coats of polish for me. The holographic effect is beautiful in the sun!
Here’s a shot of this shade outdoors in indirect light where the flakies pop beautifully!
Next is “The Greater Good”, a ghostly shade with phenomenal shimmer.
The Greater Good has an off-white base with a crazy intense turquoise shimmer and some copper flakes.
Believe it or not, the turquoise shimmer is even more powerful in person! I used two coats of polish for my swatches.
Here’s a shot of this shade outdoors under indirect light.
The final shade in this trio is a blood red thermal.
“Ill Fated” is a bright red to dark brown thermal with gold flakies.
Here’s a close-up shot of this shade in the warm state, a bright red.
Here’s a close-up shot of this shade in the cold state, a dark brown with red undertones.
Here’s one last shot of this shade outdoors in indirect light where the gold flakies stand out.
The polishes shown in this post were sent to me for free in exchange for swatching and my honest review. Thank you so much for reading!
