Today’s blog post features swatches of Emily de Molly’s upcoming August 2019 release! This collection launches on Monday, August 19th at 10 AM AEST on the Australian website and on Sunday, August 18th at 8 PM EDT on the USA/International site. As usual with Emily de Molly polishes, I had a wonderful experience working with the formulas in this collection and each of these eight shades was opaque in two coats of polish for me.
“Half Orange” is has a vibrant dark purple base with orange/pink/gold/green iridescent shifting flakies. This polish is my personal favorite from this collection!
“The Puzzle” has a pale robin’s egg blue base with copper/gold/green chrome microflakies. This shade is limited to one large batch.
“The Missing” is another gorgeous flakie-filled shade. This polish has a steel blue base with orange/gold/green shifting iridescent flakies.
“Say the Word” has a vibrant green base with blue/green/purple aurora pigment that gives this shade a stunning multichrome shifting effect. At extreme angles the purple shift shows up beautifully but was difficult to capture on camera.
“Undeterred” has a purple base packed with vibrant purple metallic flakes. This shade has a gorgeous foiled effect.
“Fame and Decadence” has a dark grey holographic base with strong copper/gold/green multichrome shimmer.
“Tenfold” has a moss green base with copper/gold/green aurora pigment and silver holographic microglitters. The intense shift in this polish is incredible!
“Where You Stand” has a dark base with green/mauve/pink-red shifting foil shimmer that gives off a subtle multichrome effect.
The polishes shown in this post were sent to me for free in exchange for swatching and my honest review. Thank you so much for reading!
