Today I re-created my favorite Fall manicure! This is the third time I’ve recreated this fun Fall nail art, and each time it comes out slightly different. Keep scrolling to see close-ups if this beautiful leaf-inspired manicure as well as similar manicures from years past.

Essie “Playing Koi” is the featured polish in this mani. Playing Koi is a burnt, rusty red creme that is opaque in two coats of color.

For my accent nail, which was inspired by the changing colors of falling leaves, I used three polishes from OPI: “I Just Can’t Cope-Acabana”, “Amore at the Grand Canal”, and “It’s a Piazza Cake”. To create this look I applied one thick coat of “I Just Can’t Cope-Acabana” (yellow) to my nail and used a dry brush stroke effect with all three shades. To replicate this dry brush stroke effect, wipe as much polish off of the brush and simply swipe the dry brush across the nail! Super easy, super simple, and super cute.

As promised, here is the same manicure from 2016 and 2017.
